A quest to find calm
Hi, I’m Nanette. I’m the creative head of sayhellotogrounding.com.
Not too long ago, I was feeling restless at work and at home - so I decided to try meditation at a local Buddhist monastery. To my surprise, it felt almost instinctual - like something I had always known. That curiosity led me on a two-year journey studying clairvoyant meditation.
To strengthen my grounding during meditation, I turned to gardening, it was my way to reconnect with Mother Earth. Though I was unskilled, I kept at it, and with time, I felt more rooted. This led to building a flower garden, and my journey took a turn.
I left the corporate world and now, I teach clairvoyant meditation, practice energy healing, and create seasonal flower arrangements - all of which continue to nourish my connection to the earth, myself, and others.
