A four-week online guided meditation series created for those navigating cancer. Each 60-minute session is designed to introduce meditation tools for self-awareness, self-compassion, and a deeper connection with the body.

All are welcome, no prior meditation experience needed.

  • Week 1: Finding an internal point of focus through centering and grounding.

  • Week 2: Understanding energetic boundaries and sovereignty over one’s own space.

  • Week 3: Bringing awareness to the body’s responses and communicating with the body.

  • Week 4: Exploring unconditional love and compassion for self.
