Virtual Intuitive Guided Sessions

A 60-minute gathering to slow down, breathe, and return to yourself.

Each session offers a guided meditation to help you settle into your body, clear your mind, and see where your energy is at. In between we share and notice what wants to shift.

This circle is your weekly space to tune in, let go and remember that calm is possible.

All are welcome, no prior meditation experience needed.
