    Self-Love: Showing Up for Yourself

    March 29, 2026

    A Spring Equinox Pause

As the season shifts, we’ll pause to check in.

This workshop includes a guided meditation and access to a curated flower bar featuring flowers we organically grow in Napa.

We’re often available to everyone – but when it comes to ourselves, we’re last in line. In this gathering, we’ll take a neutral, grounded look at self-love.

Through guided meditation and simple reflection, you’ll notice where you’ve been pushing too hard, where you’ve ignored your own needs, and where you’ve been more critical than kind. We’ll explore practical and honest gestures of kindness toward ourselves – so you can move through the months ahead with more awareness, clarity, and calm.

You’ll leave with a bouquet you create and a reminder to offer yourself the same love you give so freely. No meditation experience required.

In collab with Rare Byrd, A Raw, An Authentic and Safe Space for Self Expression.

  • Spring Reset

    April 12, 2026

Limited seats available, small intimate group.

This workshop includes guided meditation and flower arranging featuring flowers we organically grow in Napa.

In this gathering, we’ll use the change of the season as a natural pause point.

    • You’ll revisit the intentions you set for 2026

    • Sense where you may be out of sync

    • Revalidate your path - notice what to let go of, what’s yours and what isn’t

Practicing kindness toward self and others - so you can move forward with more clarity for the rest of the year.

You’ll leave with a bouquet you create. No prior meditation experience needed.

  • The Dualities of Being a Mother

    May 2, 2026

Holding love, responsibility, and everything in between. This workshop includes guided meditation and floral fascinator/crown making.

Motherhood often holds many truths at the same time. It can feel joyful and exhausting, expansive and overwhelming, loving and challenging. The duality of being a mother is the experience of holding these opposites together.

In this gathering we will look at - caring for children, supporting others, tending to our communities, and nurturing ourselves as well.

Through guided meditation and flower crown making, we take time to honor the tenderness, strength, responsibility, and love that live within the experience of motherhood.
